Overview
The largest landmass in the South of the material plane, Niari used to be remarkably similar to that of Alpa, with large fey tribes roaming the expansive land. Thick ice coats most of the ground, and it is frozen all year. However, exceedingly early during the Poeran exploration and expansion, they quickly claimed the land due to the density of rare minerals located in the ground. It is well known to have the highest production of Seglium in Exilidor, a rare metal that is used to make specific weapons and armour. It is one of Poeras largest exports, and they keep the mines heavily guarded.It is also the location to the only leyline that connects Exilidor to Charok. It is believed to be the main cause as to why the skies of Niari are constantly dark. Researchers work hard to try and find the magical connection, as every single exploration party they have sent through they leyline has never returned.
